i forgot to sear my beef tenderloin before coating it with mustard horseradish sauce. what should i do?

try a reverse sear - cook in oven and sear on the stove-top.

I would rinse off the beef tenderloin and dry it well.
Make a new batch of sauce (the sauce ingredients are probably far cheaper than a beef tenderloin) and start over.
