potatoes, celery, onions, bacon, sausages, chicken - any ideas for something to make?

Dice the potatoes and boil or steam until cooked. Drain. Dice the bacon and begin cooking in a fry pan. When much of the fat has been rendered from the meat but the meat is still soft add diced celery and onion which you then cook until soft. Add potatoes and cook until potatoes are nicely browned. Season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic. Serve along side cooked sausages and chicken.

If the chicken is a whole bird, you could actually stuff the bird with the above hash mixture before roasting the chicken.

Or you could do kind of creole sausage and chicken gumbo dish.
