I over-dried the cornbread I made for my cornbread stuffing. It’s brown and crispy. Should I use it or make another batch?

(Stuffing also will contain onions, celery, pecans, herbs, sausage.)

If it's just a little more dry than you'd like, try softening it up with some butter. The fat from the sausage can help as well. If it's really dry, you may be happier with a new batch.
