What should I do with dry quick bread?

I'm experimenting with whole wheat flour in my favorite zucchini bread recipe and the first batch of results came out on the dry side. How should I liven it up?

Or bread pudding...in any recipe you like ;)

PS as the quick bread already has sugar, if you use it in a bread pudding recipe that usually calls for (plain) bread, it might be good to cut the amount of sugar in half or omit it altogether.
