I have the Small Rice Cooker too! I adore it and have been able to cook up to 2.5 C of rice in it. With my (very poor) conversion skills, it seems that 320 grams would just fit in the pot (that's somewhere between 1 and 2 cups). I hope this is helpful. Happy Cooking!
