Boiled fingerling potatoes (10 min), then seasoned & baked at 425 for 25 min. Didn't boil em long enough - still hard inside. How can they be saved??

I seasoned them with S&P, herbs after boiling before baking.

I'd say lower heat so they don't burn & keep baking
