I have a question about the recipe "All Day Duck Gumbo" from aargersi. How long can I store the toasted flour? I have some left over from last Thanksgiving and I'm not sure if it's still good.

I think from last year is too old ... I think maybe a month or so? I smell it first always, but like any other flours it gets funky after a while. I would make a new batch if I were you.
