How do I transfer a topped casserole (ie. green bean casserole) into chafing dish?

I would just carefully move it with a flat spatula if you have one. Or a couple of them. Then just rearrange everything in the chafing dish. You could also remove the topping, transfer the beans over and place the topping back on. I think you'll find it isn't difficult.
