I have a question about the recipe "Chocolate Cake with Cranberry Buttercream " from Merrill Stubbs. for cranberry buttercream frosting - making 2 cups, but recipe using only 1/4 cup?

Yes- check the comments on the recipe, there's a note from the author.
It's 1/4 c. of the cranberry puree, by the way- you use all the frosting.
