My turkey is 15 lbs. However, my brine recipe was for an 18-22lbs bird. Should I have reduced the salt content of the brine? What do I do now?

It should be fine as long as you used the same amount of water (was this a wet brine?): It's the concentration of salt rather than the quantity of salt that's important!

Yes, ma'am! It was a wet brine. I followed the recipe exactly, just forgot to scale down for the size bird I'm actually going to roast. Thanks for the answers!
