Made the balsamic roasted shallots and burned them, what do I do?

They don't taste terrible, just a little bitter, but is there anything I can do?

Hi Ioana! You could add a little balsamic, or even sugar, to counter the bitterness—a little bit at a time, tasting as you go, until they're better. Happy Thanksgiving!
