Do we freeze our creamed corn? Or freeze the kernels, then cream as needed? I would love for the answer to befreeze it creamed.

Sorry to rain on your parade, but creamed things often do not freeze well. I wouldn't risk ruining that lovely corn. Creamed corn is not a difficult or time consuming dish to make. I'd do it as needed. Thaw out the corn and cook it in the cream sauce.
