It will all depend on the recipe (and the size of the cake and the mini loaves), but if I were to eyeball it here, I would say about an hour for a large bundt cake and about 30-35 minutes for the loaves (the size of large muffins).
I would question that- there are, of course, a lot of factors but the main one is the shortest distance from the outside to the center of the cake and that shouldn't change very much, depending on the size of the loaves. The main reason for Bundts and tube cakes is that they will cook faster and more evenly than more monolithic shapes.
Divide volume (in liquid cups) of the recipe for 1 bundt cake by the volume of the mini loaf pan to get your yield as # of mini loaves.
E.g., 12-cup bundt pan divided by 2-cup mini loaf yields 6 mini loaves.
This is rough measure, remembering not to fill pans 100% and allow for expansion during baking
If you don't know your pan sizes by cups, measure them with using water.
