Can I cook polenta for 25 people in one pot?

Nancy is a trusted home cook.
I think doing it all in one pot is very hard or impossible in a home kitchen.
Many recipes for polenta are for 6 or 8 servings, and so you'd be making three or four times that. Unlikely to have a pot large enough in the home kitchen, and to do it traditional way - stirring on a stovetop - might take forever, and also risk burning the contents if the cook decided to speed things up by adding heat.
But yes there are ways to make polenta for a crowd.
I would suggest making 2-4 regular sized batches & storing the completed polenta in a low oven (short-term for immediate use) or longer in the refrigerator (for later use).
Methods - regular stovetop, in microwave or other appliance (rice cooker, slow cooker, pressure cooker).
