Is Ghirardelli "Premium Baking Cocoa" the same as cocoa powder?

I'm making one ingredient ice cream (freeze chopped bananas then blend them in a food processor) and I want to use cocoa powder to give it a chocolately taste. Can I use Ghirardelli premium baking cocoa (unsweet)?
