What ís your favorite GF red velvet cake recipe?

I am making a dessert for a goodbye party for someone who is GF.
Unless you have another suggestion for what kind of GF cake/cupcake will go well with a Swiss meringue-cream cheese frosting...

Thanks for your suggestions! I ended up making the GF cake from Cup4Cup's website, as it uses the buttermilk I had. I may be on a quest for cassava flour now!
