I started cookin ground turkey meat loaf at 10:15.about 11:00 my oven got turned off.it sat from 11-1 is it still safe ro finish cookin it???

You can't imagine how fast bacteria can grow once uncooked food is left out or unfinished. My mother-in-law worked in a public school cafeteria and there were strict rules about food be left out below a certain temperature.Not worth the risk.
