I have a question about the recipe "Brown Butter and Cheddar Apple Pie " from Midge. On step 8, should I toss the apples in the browned butter pan, and do I keep it on heat while I do that?

Personally, I interpret this as: the apples are in a bowl with the sugars and the instruction is now to pour the brown butter into the bowl with the apples and to then toss to incorporate.
