Some sources say ok indefinitely, some say not good after 10 yr.
If you're making the dish for home use, want to use up the old vodka & are willing to risk (minimal) taste change, go for it.
If you're making the dish for guests and want optimum results, buy a very small bottle of vodka and make the recipe.
