I am cooking 125 frozen chicken cordon bleu with two ovens with two racks each. What is the best way to cook them?

Unless you are using commercial ovens, this sounds like an awful lot of food to cram in at once. If you cook that many pieces at once, they will be too close together and they will steam and turn out soggy.
