Favorite Whole 30 recipes

My husband and I have embarked on a summer reset and are doing a month of clean eating with the Whole 30 plan. I was curious if any Food52ers have recommendations for tried and true (and tasty!) Whole 30 compliant recipes (no dairy, no grains, no legumes, no soy, no sugar, no alcohol- whew!)? Thanks!

The Whole 30 stuffed peppers. Also, the mayonnaise, which makes having a tuna salad or chicken salad lunch doable by wrapping the salads in lettuce leaves.

I've been doing W30s since 2011. By far my favorite recipe source is NomNom Paleo. Constantly good and on the rare occasion her recipe isn't W30, she'll tell you.

I'd advise you to stick with W30 approved sites (as in approved by Melissa) until you are very confident. It's easy to go off track without realizing it.

My husband and I just started Whole 30 this week as well, so thanks for this thread. :) Good luck to you both! (And to us, ha.) Here's a delicious dinner we had tonight: http://www.acozykitchen.com/almond-crusted-chicken-piccata/. Here's another recipe on my list for next week: http://www.acozykitchen.com/peruvian-ish-pot-roast/.

Good luck! Here are a few that only need tiny tweaks (like a different oil or coconut aminos in place of tamari):
