John if you're asking whether you can make vegetable stock from frozen vegetables, the answer is YES! I have a "stock" bag in my freezer and I put vegetables and chicken carcasses in it, when it's full I make stock! I often add some fresh vegetables if I'm short on onions or carrots, for instance, but the the majority of ingredients come right from the freezer.
