mayonnaise made wrong way....can I make it right

I only used 1 egg...garlic, salt, and vinegar......I add much oil but it is' nt getting thick

You can blend another egg with a little bit of oil and vinegar, and then slowly drizzle in the first batch you made. You are essentially making a mini batch of mayo and then adding the first batch to it in place of the oil.
