In the Food52 review for Gravity-Defying Basic Buttermilk Pancakes, drbabs (the reviewer) mentions using a multigrain mixture in place of the all-purpose flour in the recipe. Would it be possible to get the proportions of white whole wheat flour, wheat germ, ground oats, and cornmeal used in the mixture?
