By hibatchi style do you mean fried rice or are you serving it with protein that is grilled on a hibatchi? i would do a cooked yield of 1 cup each which is a large portion as a side dish, think of like a baseball sized portion. If you are doing a hibatchi theme, you should consider spring mix salad with ginger dressing, a beautiful plate filler and delicious. Hope it ends up great!
