How long can I keep homemade caesar dressing (egg yolk, garlic, lemon, worcestershire) in the fridge? I made Sunday evening - still good?

I use raw egg, and have kept it in the fridge for as much as a week. I do use farm eggs, though, so the freshness of your egg is a major factor.

I'm assuming there's a fair bit of olive oil in there too. You should be fine if the egg was fresh or cooked. Wouldn't trust it past the weekend though.

If the yolk was cooked I'd say yes. If raw, no.
