I know the soft squishy ones are obviously bad, but I am throwing out maybe 2/3 of a package because of small dents where the rest of the berry is firm (I goofed and left them unrefrigerated for 30 hours in a ~70 degree room). Help!

If the berries feel sticky or look discolored, toss them. The same goes for any that are obviously shriveled. Otherwise, you should be OK.
Also if you're going to puree or crush them in a blender, a few dents here and there should be okay!
