I didn't turn on roast and it sat in crock pot covered 7 hours. Is it ok to cook?

There's a chuck roast, potatoes, carrots, onions, brown gravy mix, cream of mushroom soup. I seared the roast. It cooked on low almost an hour. It accidentally got unplugged and didn't cook over night. Is it still ok to cook today?
