If it had been frozen, yes. Since it wasn't, all kinds of bacteria could be growing a month later. The freezer is your friend for modern preserving!

No! I would not use it. Next time it is best to freeze it. Sorry

Agree with Phil.
On the other, next time, if you boil it every 3-4 days, it's ok.
Better to freeze (in portions sized to your cooking needs) for 4-6 months.
