You could choose a preparation of potatoes or brown rice for a tasty gluten-free side.
This is a good gluten free salmon dish I've made many times. You can make the sriracha mayo and crush the macadamia nuts several days ahead of time. Also, I like to serve extra of the sriracha mayo on the side.
It basically tells you when it needs to be replaced.
