I work a a hotel. We have prescrambled eggs that are raw and frozen. After thawing a bag of eggs out without cooking them can I refreeze them?

You might want to talk about this problem with someone in your kitchen.
Thawed uncooked eggs are not safe to refreeze without cooking.
