I am trying to coock fruit pudding, but after the coocking, it releases water.
I will appreciate if someone guide me on this.

What are you trying to make? I ask because in Britain, pudding can be any kind of dessert, like a cake. Are you trying to make a cake with fresh fruit and the cooked fruit is watery? Or are you trying to make a custard and the fruit is making it watery?
