You stumped me on this one, the only black pudding I have heard of is blood pudding, looked it up and there is an australian chocolate fruit pudding but not much is written about it. Anyone else heard of black fruit pudding?. I don't know what the ingredients are and why it would be made in a fry pay rather than a saucepan. Sorry.
