I have a question about the recipe "Banana Pudding Icebox Cake" from Emma Laperruque. my last question didn't pub properly. Can this be left unrefrigerated for ~1 hour and still be good?

Hi Samantha! I wouldn't recommend leaving it out that long before serving. While I haven't tried it myself, I worry that the layers might get melty/sloppy—and, to me, it tastes best when very cold.
