I have a question about the recipe "Vegan Apple Crisp" from Gena Hamshaw. can i make this a day ahead and just reheat?
For best results, I would only bake the topping just before serving.
To do this, you could mix the body of the crumble and the topping separately, hold overnight, then combine & bake the day of.
Or bake the fruit main part without topping, hold overnight in fridge, add topping, then bake it as you reheat the casserole.
