Can barely stir in the nuts and chips. What to add to loosen dough?
If it's cold, letting it come to room temperature might help. but hard to tell anything without the recipe.

I solved the problem, somewhat, by adding an egg yolk. It was still very hard to stir so I compensated by baking the biscotti at a slightly lower temp and less time on the first and second bake. It seems to have turned out pretty good. Will know for sure when we have one with our morning coffee :)
