Can i make day before. Usually served warm?

You definitely can make pumpkin pudding the day before. It would taste delicious at room temperature, and that's probably the easiest way to go—reheating it risks curdling. But if you'd like, you can try placing the serving dish in a warm water bath. Hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
