I made a cauliflower with cheese bechamel and cornbread dressing ahead of time and froze them in casserole dishes. Neither has been baked at all yet.

Should I defrost then bake or just bake directly from the freezer. Want to do it in the safest way and the internet is giving me conflicting advice! Thank you.

Hi Elizabeth, for the most even bake, I'd recommend bringing it to room temperature (or defrosting it in the fridge overnight) and then baking it. If it seems a little dry before you bake it, feel free to add some stock for extra moisture!
