I blanched a batch of green beans, then sautéed them in butter and garlic. However, some of the bean taste raw inside. I still want them to have a crisp taste. Is it possible to save this Thanksgiving dish?

Roast them uncovered in a medium to hot oven.
If a small volume, test every five minutes and pull out when done.
If a large volume, test maybe every 8 to 10 minutes and same - pull out when done to taste.
Or grill them on a sheet pan or widely spread out, at the time of the meal, just before serving.
