My kids were helping last night to prep and they cut my potatoes. But I realized this morning that they didn't put them in water. Can this be fixed or should I try to find somewhere to buy a new bag of potatoes?

Happy Thanksgiving, Tracie! Ugh, we've all had this happen, right? If you're making mashed potatoes and it's easy to buy new ones, I'd do that. If you're roasting them, the brown spots likely won't show. You can still go ahead and make mashed potatoes and they'll taste fine, but they may look a little dingy...
