A question about a recipe: Rose Levy Beranbaum's Molasses Sugar Butter Cookies

I have a question about the recipe "Rose Levy Beranbaum's Molasses Sugar Butter Cookies" from Genius Recipes. If I want to make these in 3 days in advance, would it be better to refridgerate the dough for a few days and bake the night before, or bake the cookies and refrigerate for a few days?

I always keep a batch of cookie dough in my fridge. I would refrigerate the dough and bake the night or morning before.

I agree with Stephanie G. In fact, the cookies will taste better if the dough has been in the fridge for a few days.
