I have a question about the recipe "Extra-Cheesy Spinach-Artichoke Dip" from Emma Laperruque. Can I just omit the artichokes, or will that change the ratio of creamy/cheesy/spinachy too much?
Hey there! Omitting the artichokes will definitely make the dip cheesier and, while I would never say something can be "too cheesy"...I would recommend adding in some more spinach—say another 1/2 pound. Happy cooking!
