Baking from frozen

I make cookie dough and scoop it into small balls, freeze them on a cookie sheet and, after about 15 minutes in the freezer, place them in a zip closed bag. For my cookies I bake them right out of the freezer, 400 degrees, about 8 minutes.
A lot depends on your recipe so this is only a guide to the recipes I use...chocolate chip and ginger snaps. Good luck!
