I have a question about the recipe "Andy Ward & Jenny Rosenstrach's Pork Shoulder Ragu" from Genius Recipes. After browning, can this be made in my Instant Pot?
Hi Angel—I wish I had more experience with the Instant Pot, but I don't (I blame my small NYC kitchen). This does seem like a pretty ideal candidate from what I do understand, and there are lots of guides online with tips on how to convert recipes for an Instant Pot. Maybe others with more experience here on the Hotline will see this and chime in.
