Refrigerated Lil Smokies

My husband wants to cook a package of Lil Smokies sausages. The "use by" date is Nov. 2018, it is now Feb 2019. The package is vacuum sealed and refrigerated. Are they safe?

Toss. A couple of weeks are ok but two months listeria is possible and not worth the risk.
