Cheesecake

I'm using a 16oz bag of marshmallows. It calls for a 10oz bag. How many cups is that?

If you don't have a scale handy, I would wing it by evenly counting out the 16 oz bag of marshmallows into 8 even piles. There will be 2 oz in each pile. Use 5 of the piles to equal the 10 oz needed for your cheesecake.
