Substitutions ?

I would like to substitute the peas and use frozen asparagras for legume and peanut allergic family members. What is your opinion about this change ? Other vegetable more compatable ?

There are plenty of cream of asparagus recipes to be found, so no reason why you can't make the sub. I am not sure I would continue to use the curry or the spinach but you can try and see what you think. It seems like that might be too many strong flavors but tastes vary.

Many thanks ! I'll try without the curry....tarragon and parsley only.
