Grilling Time

Are you sure grilling 5 minutes per side with bone in skin on chicken thighs? That little time would indicate they would be undercooked.

Hi Tommy: I updated the recipe to read 6 to 8 minutes per side! The recipe is written for 4 pounds of chicken, so if you’re using boneless thighs, for example, the cook time will be less. But using a probe thermometer (target temp is 165F) is the best way to go (versus time!).
