What is Sriracha? I don't care for spicy food so I don't have this in my pantry. Is it a ground spice or paste? Can i substitute something else?

It's VERY hot. It will give you a sun tan from the inside out. I use Thai Sweet Chili Sauce (kinda sweet, not hot)

Two or three ways to go.
If you really really don't like spicy food, just omit it.
If you like a little bit of spice, start with about 1/2 tsp of some pepper you like...red flakes (as used on pizza), paprika, Szechuan etc for the whole recipe (compared to 2 tsp Sriracha sauce in original).
Or just use black pepper to taste

https://www.huyfong.com/ - The original Sriracha. Its a hot sauce, so I don't think you could substitute it for anything not in that realm. You could probably just leave it out, or try some sweet paprika for color.

Sriracha is very spicy especially if you don’t like spicy or are not used to eating “spicy”! But I didn’t like spicy until I tasted sriracha sauce as a seasoning on a pork roast I cooked and now I just love it on just about everything I eat to kick up the flavor of my food!!! It’s not as “hot” as
