Is this a question or an ad for the ice cream? Pumpkin flavored anything usually falls from favor shortly after Halloween and Thanksgiving anyway.

I always love those fall Trader Joe's flyers- pumpkin ice cream, pumpkin pasta, pumpkin chips, pumpkin beer, pumpkin soup... I suppose someone buys it. If anyone wants to give pumpkin ice cream a go, Maida Heatter published a marvelous recipe in her "New Book of Great Desserts" (1982).
